Using the CurseForge app?

Import this version directly into CurseForge. It includes the same matching mods and configs; CurseForge handles the Minecraft and Forge setup.

  1. Download this ZIP and keep it zipped.
  2. In CurseForge, open Minecraft → Import → Choose .zip file and select Neebo-CurseForge-Import.zip. Some versions show Import inside Create Custom Profile.
  3. Launch Neebo and join neebo.org. Use 4–6 GB client RAM if your PC has enough.

Install and join

  1. Download the ZIP and extract it completely. Close Minecraft and Minecraft Launcher.
  2. If you don’t have Forge 1.7.10 build 10.13.4.1614, run vanilla Minecraft 1.7.10 once and close it. Then run INSTALL-FORGE.bat and choose Install client.
  3. Run SETUP-NEEBO.bat. Open Minecraft Launcher → Installations → Neebo - Forge 1.7.10. Enable the Modded filter if the profile is hidden.
  4. Press Play, then choose neebo in Multiplayer, or enter neebo.org.

You need a Minecraft Java Edition account. Your launcher will still download Minecraft and Forge libraries on first launch.

Already have a Forge instance?

Use a clean Forge 1.7.10 build 10.13.4.1614 instance. Copy the extracted mods, config, hats, and resources folders into its game folder, use 64-bit Java 8, and allocate 4–6 GB RAM if your PC has enough.

Updated October 15: adds WAILA block details, Harvestability tool/mining requirements, Wawla item tooltips, an L-key fullbright toggle, Mouse Tweaks for Shift-drag transfers, C-key zoom, FoamFix, revised keybinds, and a NEEBO-KEYBINDS.txt reference. Also includes the backpack item-list and icon fix, the restored Ancient Teleporter Blueprint recipe, the dark Neebo Modded menu with charcoal buttons and red branding, quieter mod notifications, 198 hat models, Treecapitator, and the Morph persistence fix. Cosmetic animation mods have been removed. Re-import into a fresh profile to get the matching pack. Keep Ruins enabled to match the server. Add the individual mod files, not the entire ZIP, and keep this pack separate from other mods. Full instructions are included in READ-ME-FIRST.txt.
